Shipping & Returns
All in stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after order is placed not including weekends. Please note that we have estimated arrival times for pre order items to help keep you updated on their arrivals. All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. Once shipped your order status will update with available tracking numbers for your convenience. Should you not receive a notification or update on your customer account on www.jademackenzie.com within 72 hrs (excluding weekends) please contact us immediately so we can promptly look into your order.
NEW Return Policy:
- Store credit ONLY will be issued for all regular priced items for any reason providing the items are returned with tags, unworn within 15 days of receipt of items.
- NO items are allowed to be returned or exchanged after 15 days of receiving your item.
- Refunds will not be offered for any gift card purchases.
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
*NOTE: WE NO LONGER GIVE CASH VALUE REFUNDS ON ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE RECEIVED. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS SENT BACK WITHIN OUR RETRUN TIME FRAME.
All return postage is at customer expense, barring an error on the part of Jade Mackenzie. We recommend tracking be placed on all items shipped back to us as we cannot assume responsibility of unconfirmed deliveries.
Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item(s) within 15 days of your purchase. After 15 days no returns can be processed.
