Please allow up to 2 weeks for IN STOCK items to ship. Please note that we have estimated arrival times for pre order items to help keep you updated on their arrivals. All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. Once shipped your order status will update with available tracking numbers for your convenience.
Jade Mackenzie Apparel will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after verified possession with USPS. Please contact your local carrier to find out the status of your shipment. A claim will need to be filled with USPS if the package can not be found not Jade Mackenzie Apparel.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including attached tags ( if any). Only damaged goods will receive return labels. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, should you return any item.
Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. Jade Mackenzie will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your items need to have the in-store receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without a proof of purchase will be shipped back to customers at their own expense.
Jade Mackenzie is not obligated to authorize a return for claims AFTER indicated dates.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email and include a picture of defect within 14 calendar days. Claim will not be honored otherwise. Any return not considered a damage will be returned at customer’s own expense.
Order cancellations must be requested by written form (email) for documentation purposes. No cancellations accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy/Store Credit
Once we’ve received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you on the status of your return after item inspection. If your return is approved, we’ll then initiate a store credit to your account unless otherwise noted/negotiated.
Refunds will NOT be issued.
All CLEARANCE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
