Return Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount via store credit minus the shipping costs for the return.

All clearance items are FINAL sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. 

NOTE: WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH VALUE REFUNDS BACK TO YOUR CARD. IT'S STORE CREDIT ONLY UNLESS IT'S A COMPANY ERROR. In that case a refund back to the original form of payment will be processed. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jmclothing.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
